It is hard to imagine how I managed to sell property when I first started selling real estate over 23 years ago. There was no “app” for this or app for that. There was no public Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I had to drive around with a huge book that contained a list of all the homes for sale. we couldn’t set up services that automatically sent information out to clients. Now, there is an app that allows clients to take a picture of a home while they are out and about. Immediately, the client is able to view stats about the home and instantly connect with their agent. Real estate service has come a long way through the decades of constant change, allowing the transfer of information to arrive with just a click of a key on a pad.
